The forged wheels, flat with a single or double flange, are made from high quality C45 steel which guarantees long life and strength for any rail applications.

The forged steel combined with the induction treatment with 2 to 3 mm depth on the running side, makes the wheels exceptionally tough and ensures less risk of wear in applications with high temperatures and heavy loads.

This means this application is ideal for handling trolleys in kilns and dryers in the ceramic – heavy clay sector.

The constant quality control through accurate tests ensures that the characteristics of the final product meet the required technological requirements.

We realize:

• Burbach rails (suitable solution for overhead crane runways)
• Decauville rails (light rails used in the automation sector and also for wagons in the brick and ceramic industry)

Furthermore, upon customer request, all the rails can be cut at 90° and 45° and drilled.

All the necessary accessories for assembly are also supplied, such as fixing plates and anchoring bases.
